The Safety Group Advisory Committee is formed to represent the comprehensive property, casualty, and workers’ compensation insurance needs of member school districts, area education agencies, and community colleges who are members of the Iowa Association of School Boards. The Advisory Committee provides recommendations to the Iowa Association of School Boards (IASB), Jester Insurance, and EMC Insurance to ensure that the Safety Group program is fiscally responsible, competitive and alert to the evolving needs of member districts and other parties.

Did you or your whole board earn an Annual Board Award? If so, don't miss this opportunity on Wednesday during the member-vendor social to stop by the Midwest Portraits photo booth, pick up your award and have your photo taken. You will receive the photo after convention for promotion to your local community. Bonus: IASB will provide your district with a press release to send to local media outlets and will post all winners and photos on the IASB website. Stop by the booth on Level 2, near the registration desk, and get ready to smile!
