About me
Jesse Howard serves as president-elect on the IASB Board of Directors. He began his service on the IASB Board in 2019. Howard currently serves on the Southeastern Community College Board of Directors.
Jesse retired from the Iowa Army National Guard in October 2024 as a First Sergeant, and transitioned into a new career with eBOARDsolutions as a Business Development Representative.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing, and Master’s Degree in Leadership from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
Jesse sits on the IASB Governance and Bylaws Committee. He is also chair of the Legislative Resolutions Committee (LRC) and sits on the Iowa Schools Cash Anticipation Program (ISCAP) Board and Legal Service Fund (LSF) Committee.
He has earned eight Annual Board Awards for his ongoing commitment to learning. This award is given annually to individual board members who participate in a minimum of 15 hours of IASB-led learning opportunities.
Jesse lives in New London, Iowa with his wife and two children.
