About me
Sara Meinders has a passion to ensure all school business officials succeed. Having over 13 years experience as a SBO in northern Iowa along with ten years experience in banking has shown her just how important it is for all schools to have a confident and capable business official leading their district.
Sara is currently the School Business Official at Forest City Community Schools in northern Iowa but is also shared with Central Springs School District in Manly and Nora Springs. She has formally mentored many new SBO’s but has always made herself available to all new and old SBO’s as a resource when needed.
Sara has served the Iowa Association of School Business Officials (IASBO) as a regional director in region two and as past president for the organization.
